The gastroenterologist will prioritize your referral, and you will be notified when we are ready to schedule an appointment.
Please confirm your demographic information and complete any lab work requested prior to your appointment. Results may impact scheduling.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide 36 hours notice for office appointments. Unless it is a reasonable emergency, patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment will be charged $100 CAD to have it rebooked.

When it's been several months since your last appointment, you typically don't need a new referral. However, if there has been a change in your overall health or medications, please ask your referring doctor to send our office an update.
What if I don't have a family doctor?
A walk-in practice, virtual care, or urgent care centre can provide a referral. Explain that you don't have a doctor and need a referral to our gastroenterology specialists.
